i come from yunnan province, yunnan locate in southwest of china, firstly, it’s a supernatural place and has all kinds of weather and altitude decide the change of temperature weather is cold in winter with the tall altitude climate, but summer is cool. winter likes spring while the summer is very hot in the low. 滇中 is

moderate, all seasons like spring. such as 昆明and 玉溪 ndly, yunnan is the heaven of tour y place is very wonderful, especially,麗江, 大理 and 西雙版納are very famous .

my hometown named迪慶，and it has another name-----shangri-la .i miss it, in my hometown, all people have no trouble, no pain, and always smile and live better. despite development of its economy is slow, no more high buildings, and no more comfortable things like developed area, most people live on field ,but every year the gains are enough to living ,they feel satisfied, because the beautiful environment and moderate climate makes them feel more comfortable. i take pride of by my birth in the supernatural soil, since i come into the world, everyday, i enjoy everything that it give me. i like it always. my home is surrounded by many mountains tops of the mountains are covered by snow all the year round. my home is at the foot of a mountain, and the place is the connection of three rivers and there are many small rivers, it are 金沙江，怒江and 瀾滄江.

it gives me a happy e are all kinds of animals and plants in my hometown spring, mushroom is springing up anywhere, people will pick it up when go to hill, the mushroom is

made all kinds of dishes . summer, i can swim in rivers, and there are many fish, i can fish in rivers. one day, i catch many fish

enough my families to eat er, i often went to the hill to catch birds and hunt for rabbits. autumn，all crops are mature，people are smile and get in it a hurry, i help my parents although i am very tired; people who are satisfied with everything enjoy themselves frequently.

not only my hometown ,but also another place of 雲南are very beautiful and all people are quite friendly. travelling to 雲南 is your best choice. welcome to 雲南。

my hometown

my hometown is lhasa, the largest city on the roof of the world. it is the heart and soul of tibet. i think lhasa is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. it is surrounded by towering mountains and rarely a day goes by when you don’ t see the deep blue sky. lhasa river is flowing quietly around the city.

lhasa is the mixture of tradition and fashion.

firstly, lhasa has a long history. it is the political, cultural and economic center of tibet. it has lots of famous sights to offer. the potala palace is the most famous, a magnificent and wonderful place to look at. in my opinion it is a unique artistic achievement of the tibetan people. likewise, the architecture, carvings and paintings throughout the city show hard work, wisdom and bravery of our people.

secondly, led by the reforming and opening policy of china, lhasa has changed a lot. many new things have arrived up here, changing the face of the city. the old and new lie side by side in lhasa.

many new buildings, schools and roads have been built here. furthermore, the qing—zang railway leading to lhasa is being built. many shopping centers have been opened, and modern technology like telecommunications is spreading. the whole city looks prosperous, and our tibetan people take on a new look. every festival, people walk around freely on the new, wide and smooth streets, wearing the beautiful traditional costumes.

right now, i am looking forward to a festival called shodün which comes in june for eating yoghurt. at this time, all my family and i gather for a picnic together at the norbulinka, a famous garden. in the garden, we sing tibetan songs, dance “guo zhuang” on the grass; eat zanba, drink butter tea and barley beer on the beautiful carpet as well. we enjoy our life. i think that this festival exhibits the open-minded and optimistic character of the tibetan people.

finally, “i love my hometown. i love the people in my hometown.”.

我的家鄉

我的家鄉是拉薩，它位於世界屋脊。我認為拉薩是世界上最美麗的城市之一，它的周圍是高聳入雲的山脈，幾乎你天天都能看到湛藍的天空，拉薩河圍繞着這座城市緩緩地流淌着。

拉薩是一個傳統和時尚的結合體。

首先，拉薩有悠久的歷史，燦爛的文化。拉薩是西藏的政治、文化、經濟中心，並且有許多聞名遐邇的.名勝古蹟，布達拉宮雄偉壯觀，金碧輝煌，是一個值得一看的地方，我認為它是西藏人民獨特藝術成就，而且拉薩市的建築、雕刻和繪畫是西藏人民勤勞、勇敢和智慧的結晶。

其次，自改革開放以來，拉薩發生了很大變化，許多新事物層出不窮，改變了拉薩的面貌，古老與現代並存。

多種風格的建築拔地而起，現代化的學校被建起，寬暢的公路被修建，通向拉薩的青藏鐵路正在施工，現代高科技在拉薩延伸，整個城市呈現一派繁榮景象，拉薩人民呈現新的面貌，每逢節日，他們穿着節日盛裝，自在地走在大街上。

現在我正期待着雪頓節的到來，這個節日在六月初，是一個吃酸奶的節日，當這個節日到來的時候，我和我的家人、朋友聚在一起在有名的公園—“羅布林卡” 裏面野餐。我們在草地上一起唱藏歌，跳鍋莊舞;踏着美麗的藏式地毯吃糌粑、喝酥油茶和青稞酒，享受我們幸福的生活，我認為這個節日展示了西藏人民開朗、樂觀的性格。

最後，我想説“我愛我的家鄉，我更愛我家鄉的人民。”

if you travel from the outside to ya’an along a wide and clean road, you will arrive at a beautiful place which only can appear in your dream, but now , i will tell you that you are not dreaming. this beautiful place named“tianquan”─my hometown, it stands near the qingyi river at the foot of erlang mountain, it is a small city covered by green and it’s famous for the beautiful scenery, excellent climate and long history.

in the past, it was poor. people who once came here did not want to come again ，why?the streets were full of rubbishes and the buildings were old and small，when there were strong winds the buildings were shaking as if they wanted to say “hello”to you.

but today，with the lead of our government, many changes have taken place，life is much better than before。

first, flowing on modern agriculture, the leader guide peasants to use advanced technology to develop as ,keeping chickens in cages, planting fruit trees. as a result, the economy developed reasonably.

tourism is another way to develop economy know that there are many interesting places in tianquan. if you come to visit these places, the people there will offer the best for you and give you a lot of pleasure. the most famous one is “laba he”。there, the air is so clear and you can see trees and mountains everywhere some said：“in summer it is green like a fountain，and in winter it is white like a white jade, so it attracts thousands of towns from all over the world ”。

finally，the leaders pay much attention to the education，they have trained more and more skilled person. most of then come back to our hometown and devote all their loves to our hometown.

in order to build our hometown into a land of economic prosperity, political stability and beautiful landscape. it is succeed in depending on the joint efforts of the whole people and may be depending on several generation, as a studennt ,i hope one day i can come back with more advanced knowledge to develop my hometown ，i believe there will be a brighter future waiting for my hometown.
