　　課程設置

學校以“國家課程第一”為原則，按照國家課程標準實施教學計劃，我們秉承着“讓學生在思考、實踐和創造活動中健康成長與全面發展”的教育理念，建設具有平和教育特徵的課程體系，形成具有平和教育特色的成長課程，雙語課程，拓展課程，實踐體驗課程。課程類型分為基礎型課程，拓展型課程，探究型課程。音樂、美術、體育課程為平和學校國小部主課程。

　　課程設置

按照“國家課程第一”原則，建設實施具有“平和教育”特徵的課程體系，形成了不以分數為唯一目標的多元化評價機制，其指導思想是：“讓學生在思考、實踐和創造活動中健康成長與全面發展”，亦已形成了具有平和學校國中部特色的雙語課程、校本德育課程——成長課程、興趣類選修課程，拓展類限定選修課程、“學生三院”指導下的'社團探究類活動課程、社會實踐課程，培養學生專長髮展的藝術、體育課程等

　　高中部

　　課程設置

　　三門核心課程是：

知識理論課――Theory of Knowledge，簡稱TOK

拓展論文――Extended Essay，簡稱EE

創造、活動與服務――Creativity, Action and service即CAS

這三門核心課程是IBO文憑項目課程設置獨特性的集中體現。

知識理論課(TOK)是一門必修的跨學科課程，目的是培養學生的判斷與綜合歸納能力，鼓勵學生對基礎知識進行質疑，防止主觀臆斷和思想意識上的偏見，增強學生以理性基礎進行分析和表達的能力。

拓展論文(EE)要求學生結合所學課程中的某一知識點進行獨立的調研，要能寫出4000字的文章。這項要求為學生提供了按自己興趣寫作論文的機會，並使學生熟悉獨立研究的方法，鍛鍊寫作技巧。

CAS代表創造、行動與服務，鼓勵學生進行創新，提高藝術修養，進行堅持不懈的鍛鍊，關心他人，發揮與別人合作的精神。
