海嘉國際雙語學校成立於2006年，提供從幼兒園到高中12年級的一貫制國際體系雙語教育，培養良好品格、具有高階思維與國際心的世界公民。每個年級分別設有不同程度的ESL和CSL課程輔導。海嘉植根中華文化，校名意喻“海納百川，嘉言懿行”，是一所為國際文憑組織IBO及美國西部院校聯盟(WASC)認證的高質量世界學校。同時，學校還是中國和蒙古國際學校協會(ACAMIS)以及國際學校體育協會(ISAC)的會員資格學校。十年以來，海嘉專注於做雙語教育的典範，從幼兒園起，學校便開始提供沉浸式的雙語教學環境，並從國小階段開始不斷滲透並提高英文課程比例，直到中學階段達到以英文為主導語言，中文達到公立水平，以助海嘉學子在高中階段獲得IGCSE和IB DP的國際文憑，為入讀世界各國大學做最好的準備。

BIBA was founded in 2006 by a group of passionate educators with a mission to develop students who are bilingual ambassadors and are well versed in both Eastern and Western culture。 As such， our goal is to offer high-quality bilingual education that is rooted in Chinese culture and heritage in preparation for attending high quality overseas universities after graduating from BIBA。 This year， BIBA celebrates 10 years of excellence in education。 Our over 1100 students and 250 staff come from more than 30 different countries。 Our campus includes an Early Childhood Center (ECC)， Elementary School， Middle School， and High School。 BIBA is an IB World School and is authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)。 We are accredited by Western Association of Schools & Colleges (WASC) and are members of Association of China and Mongolia International Schools (ACAMIS) and International Schools Association of China (ISAC)。
