一句温暖的話

剛剛有兩個自稱是川大的師生來到我的辦公室，他們輕聲細語、客氣有加，説能不能在我們單位提供個場所給他們，方便職工們免費的醫療諮詢之類的，他們出具了介紹信等等，一聽，就知道是變相的宣傳或推銷的，這是在辦公室遇到的最反感的事情。但是人家笑臉相迎，我也要以禮相待啊，經過我反覆的説明和拒絕，他卻仍在耐心地説服我。我只好請示領導了，雖然明明知道結果是拒絕，但是，為了善意地讓他走，我只能這樣了。

預料之中，他再次遭到拒絕了，路過的領導也請他走，他仍很想有禮貌地想把話説完，但是，他被“請你出去”之類的話打斷了，支支吾吾很狼狽地退到了門外，很無辜地、很納悶地、也很惶恐地説了一句，“你們素質……”，沒有等他説完，他已經完全被強烈的語氣趕到了門外……，當時我捏了一把汗，我想，不管他是否是川大的老師，不管他是否是搞推銷的，這對他而言都是一次羞辱，他畢竟也只是為了生存，為了工作，也沒有惡意地傷害誰。

果真，他是心理受到了刺激，也證明了他可能也不經常出去受這樣的冷言冷語，五分鐘後，他又回來了，他想到領導那裏討個説法，因為他覺得自己受到了莫大的侮辱，他想不通，他什麼地方讓我們這樣對他了，他一直是很禮貌的。

我想，不管什麼職業，不管是高低貴賤，每個人都有自己最起碼的尊嚴，如果這個尊嚴已經被踐踏得麻木了，那已經是不值得尊重的了，他的回頭，讓我覺得他還是需要尊重的。於是，我誠懇地代那位給予他嚴肅口氣的領導説了聲“對不起”，不管怎樣，我想這應該是我能做到的，一聲道歉，可以讓一個初次遭遇社會冷遇的人感到一絲温暖，也讓他在體會生存艱辛的路上也有理解和體諒，“請別放在心裏去”，我這樣對他説，他終於釋懷地離開了我的辦公室，走的時候，他留下了感動的笑容。

我如今坐在寬大的辦公室，享受着安逸的生活，看看窗外，那車水馬龍，那些正在為自己生計奔波勞碌的人們，他們每天要面對些什麼，為了生存，他們要怎樣與生活的苦惱和悲哀抗爭呢，每個人都有每個人的內心世界，不管他們是在社會中扮演什麼樣的角色，我想，他們的靈魂應該是平等的。

一句温暖的話，並不會太奢侈。語言是靈魂撞擊出來的 火花。

也許每顆靈魂都有機會和別的靈魂產生共鳴和吸引。

但是並不是每次撞擊都有美麗的火花。

這一小小的角落留下的，

也僅僅是一瞬間的輝煌。

一年365天，

重複那麼久，

地久天長的時候，

是不是還能記起某年某月某天你靈魂的軌跡。
