前一段時間，我參加了“希望之星”英語比賽，沒想到進入了複賽。複賽比初賽難多了，初賽只需要用英語進行自我介紹，再加上才藝表演就行了，而複賽呢，除了這兩項之外，還要看圖用英語説句子。比賽的圖片有20多張，比賽前兩分鐘進行抽籤、準備，然後就要上場了。

這一個禮拜，我一直在為比賽做準備，可是因為圖片太多了，時間又緊張，所以我只準備了其中的10多幅圖片。

星期六下午，媽媽陪我去參加英語比賽。抽籤的.時候，我看見我準備的圖片都被別的小朋友一張張抽走了，心裏有點兒緊張。輪到我了，果然，我抽到了一幅沒有準備過圖片，我想：“這下可完了，真倒黴！可是，都已經到了，也沒辦法了，只能再努力準備一下了。”上場的時候，我不再緊張，我大方地做了自我介紹，並唱了一首英語歌，看圖説話開始了，大屏幕上出示了圖片，老師把話筒遞給我。我先介紹了圖片上的人物，在介紹他們在幹什麼，30秒中裏面，我大概説了八、九個句子。

比賽結束了，媽媽表揚我發揮的很好。不知道會不會進紹興市的比賽，但是不管結果如何，這都是一次很好的經歷。
