第一次上課時的情景讓我記憶猶新。課前，我和我的同學們一起討論“英語課學什麼內容呢？”話音剛落，鈴聲就響了。我們迅速座好等待英語老師的到來，老師一進門，我就覺得教室裏的`氣氛和往常不同，靜得連一根針掉下去的聲音都聽得見。是因為第一次上英語課嗎？

我們的英語老師有一頭烏黑亮麗的頭髮，眼睛大大的，個子不高也不矮，但是整個人卻很有精神。她教我們學的第一個詞是“ms 劉”，有很多同學都不知道什麼意思，老師馬上翻譯過來跟我們説“這個詞的意思是劉女士或是劉老師”。隨後英語老師就開始講述第一節英語課。

她先給我們講了講英語單詞，但是我聽的一頭霧水，整節課也是雲裏霧裏的，什麼都沒聽懂。放學後我帶着英語課本來到校門口等待媽媽來接我回家，媽媽來到校門口笑着説：“你怎麼帶着英語課本啊？”“我沒有聽懂老師講的英語。”剛説完我的眼淚就在眼眶裏打轉。

回到家媽媽給我打開錄音讓我跟着讀，可還是沒有聽懂。然後就着急得趴在桌子上哭了起來。媽媽跟我説：“彆着急，等你哥哥放學回來教教你。”話音剛落哥哥便打開門大叫一聲：“我回來了！”把我逗得笑了起來。哥哥看我臉上還掛着淚珠，便問我怎麼回事，我跟哥哥説了原因之後哥哥跟我説：“沒事，走，我教你去！”然後我就跟着哥哥來到我的房間開始教我英語。

哥哥一邊開着玩笑一邊鼓勵並教我學習英語，這讓我覺得英語沒有那麼枯燥無味，使我對它充滿了興趣。經過哥哥的耐心指導讓我學會了老師之前所講的那些內容並且預習了後面一個單元，這使我覺的英語並沒有想象中的那麼難。

哥哥對我的鼓勵，讓我信心倍增，從那時起我就更努力地，上課專心的聽講，課後細心的做練習、聽錄音，所以現在的英語還挺不錯的呢。
