聽力部分:
part1(拿分的部分)
本部分主要是電話英語,分為接通電話,留言和安排.因此首先必須掌握一定的常用句型,再次因為是商務英語,所以還要掌握一定的商務知識和商務專業詞彙.
電話英語:
1.接通
Dialing tone(盲音),engaged/busy tone(佔線),switchboard(總機),operator(接線員)
A:I phoned moment ago but I was cut you put me through to extention 4011?
B:One moment,y to keep you waiting.I'm afraid the line is you want to hold or call back later?
電子語音信箱

2.留口信

聽力Part2(較難)
解題步驟:1.先把八個選項進行概括,劃出關鍵詞
2.通過看選項,可以知道每個選項所表達的情感(生硬,委婉,平常),然後用符號進行分類,這樣在聽聽力的時候可以縮小選擇範圍.一般領導人會用比較生硬的口吻,而委婉的當然是員工了,記住生硬並不是聲大,呵呵.還有也可能2人都是官,這時要看官的大小.
PART3(最難)
這一部分,需要你先看好每一個選項,分清人物,看好是幾個人在説話,誰是官,誰是職員,誰的.官比較大,這樣你在聽的時候就會分清主次.記住要聽説話者的語氣.
BEC聽力技巧總結:
1.問啥啥錯:信息提供者重要,信息接受者干擾!如下:A是信息接受者,B是信息提供者
A:Sales director?
B:Plant managers.
2.注意説話者的語氣
3.注意同意互換(同義詞,同源詞,同義詞組):
如:maintain=update,information=detail,have plan for=intend to,priority=main concern
self-employed=be in charge of my own business
4.注意商務知識的積累,和詞彙的積累
