1．投訴信（抱怨信）(Letter of Complaint)

(1) 寫作方法①首段：注意客觀禮貌a. 自我介紹；b. 引出投訴內容c. 表明目的要求。

② 主體：展開説明投訴原因、具體理由或後果，注意內容充實，符合交際習慣。a. 詳細説明情況，中肯提出問題；b. 提出改進建議，表明希望如何解決；c. 拓展題目內容，尤其要強調如何問題不解決所帶來的後果。

③ 尾段：提出解決方案，不用展開，注意公平公正、禮貌原則。a. 表達強烈願望，希望上述問題得到迅速恰當的解決；b. 有時可就問題的解決限定時間；c. 對有關人員的.努力表示感謝；d. 希望儘快得到滿意答覆。

　　(2) 寫作流程圖套語：

(1) I am sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a serious complaint.

(2) 我很遺憾地告訴你投訴有關…….的事由。I am sorry to tell you that there should be cause to complain about …

第二部分：闡述問題發生的經過套語：無第三部分：指出問題引起的後果套語：

(1) 噪音影響我的睡眠，使得我在上班時間無法集中精力。結果這些天我已經搞錯了好幾次The noise disturbs my sleep so that I can’t concentrate on my work during thework time, and as a result, I have made several mistakes these days.
