父母養育我們含辛茹苦幾十年，不求我們回報什麼，只是希望我們好好的生活，健康的生活。我們又怎麼忍心看到年邁的父母失去兒女時老淚縱橫的面龐，怎麼忍心看到蒼老的身軀因悲痛而顫抖，又怎麼忍心看到無依無靠的老人孤苦伶仃呢？生命不僅是自己的，也是父母的，活着是我們的責任，也是義務。我們是父母生命的延續，我們不是單獨的個體，而是父母的希望和寄託，當父母年老時我們有義務照顧關心他們，我們應該害怕生命太短沒有時間和父母好好相處，又怎麼能輕易的就結束了呢？我們的肩上有沉甸甸的責任，生命是如此的珍貴和重要，又怎麼可以輕言放棄呢？

隨着年齡的增長，我們的心理承受能力也應該增長，要有一種能夠承受外界壓力和克服困難的勇氣，面對問題時應該想辦法去解決，而不是逃避，甚至是選擇死亡。真正的勝利不是永不失敗，而是在跌倒一百次以後還有勇氣在第一百零一次時站起來，聽起來好象很難，其實卻很簡單，我們要做的只是一次又一次的在跌倒以後站起來。生活中沒有誰是永遠的勝利者，失敗並不可怕，可怕的是喪失了面對失敗的勇氣，遇到困難時無法承受，只會一味的想要逃避，想要以死來一了百了，這才是真正的失敗。難道死了就真的能夠一了百了了嗎？自己死的輕鬆卻沒有想一想給親人帶來的痛苦和傷害，自己解脱了卻給別人帶來了無盡的煩惱，這是多麼的自私和不負責任，是多麼幼稚的行為。我們應該在生理和心智上共同
