(1)、別和小人過不去，因為他本來就過不去;

(2)、別和社會過不去，因為你會過不去;

(3)、別和自己過不去，因為一切都會過去;、

(4)別和親人過不去，因為他們會不讓你過去;

(5)、別和往事過不去，因為它已經過去;

(6)、別和現實過不去，因為你還要過下去

如果每一顆星都代表一個美好的願望，每一次仰望星空，都會帶給我無比的向上的動力和勇氣，2015即將過去，沒有後悔，沒有遺憾，唯有未來對自己的期許，作為舊年的總結，新年的開始。

1，放棄生命中不可掌控的，專注於生命中可控的;

2，珍惜所有的關愛與温暖，不要讓生命留下太多的傷口與遺憾;

3，可以偶爾傷感，絕不可以自怨自艾，顧影自憐;

4，今日是明日之石，明日過着怎樣的生活取決於今日付出多少努力;

5，努力了，不後悔，不遺憾，不抱怨;

6，每一種磨難都是種成長;

7，活在當下，把握當下;

8，有陰影的地方也總會有陽光，勇敢面對生命中所有的悽風苦雨;

9，無論遭遇什麼樣的挫折和打擊，都不要放棄前進的動力和勇氣;

10，相信上帝是公平的'，它賜予你美貌和智慧，必定再賦予你相匹配的挫折和磨難，因為你足夠優秀;
