爸爸給兒子的話

各位來賓，大家好!

我十分感謝大家前來為杜□□、成□□的婚禮祝賀，我也想在這個時候對杜□□、成□□説一些實話，也希望攝像師能夠把我説的話全文記錄下來。我提三點希望。

第一、希望你能進步

我們父子因為工作繁忙，平時很少見面和交流。想想杜□□的成長，你的爺爺奶奶一輩和父母一輩對你的付出巨大。經過兩代人的努力，才為你創造了一個穩定的工作環境，這一點你要珍重!

今天你成家了，但不能忘了立業。你應該通過自己的努力不斷進步，超過你的父輩。我們這代人與你的爺爺奶奶一輩比就是收入和生活水平超過了他們，但是其他方面不敢説超過他們。他們辛苦養育了三個孩子，同時還獲得了大學學歷和高級技術職稱，並且還培養了兩個77級大學生。這一點我們這一輩人比不了。但是我希望你能夠超過我們這一輩，希望以後能夠聽到你進步的消息，那我們會感到無比的欣慰!

第二、希望你們能進步

今天以後，你們就是獨立撐起門面的户主了，因為杜□□娶了成□□這樣的好妻子，有人管你了，你們有自己的家了，不用我們再操心了。

結婚是人生的一個里程碑，也是事業的新起點。人對生活都有美好的追求，但要獲得美好富足的生活就要以事業為先，要有敬業精神。因為只有敬業和事業上的進步，才是你們獲得美好富足生活的唯一源泉。你們不要想通過其它途徑提高自己的生活水平，不要在沒有能力的情況下消費未來。好高騖遠，不切實際、盲目攀比、想入非非，都會使你們走彎路，而走彎路會軟化進取心，也會錯過很多機會。

機會對於人生來説就那麼幾次。我覺得這一點你們應該向爺爺奶奶一輩和我們這一輩學習。你們應該把我們家族的優良傳統發揚光大下去，比如事業為先和敬業精神，比如善於抓住機會，改變自己的命運等等。這需要你們在工作中腳踏實地、兢兢業業，尊重領導，團結同志，要有如履薄冰的態度。這些話，在這個場合從我的口中説出來，絕不是空話套話!牢記這些話，並努力實踐，你們才能比翼齊飛。

第三、希望你們能共同進步

你們雖然長大成家了，但你們還很年輕。在今後的人生道路上，你們肯定會遇到這樣或那樣的困難或者挫折。只要你們能夠共同面對困難和挫折，互相扶助，互相理解，互相寬容就能戰勝任何困難和挫折。這一點你們尤其要記祝

你們如果在工作上作出了成績，生活水平有了提高，首先應當歸功於國家的富強，歸功於單位領導和同志們的提攜和幫助，不要數典忘祖，自以為是。

在處理人際關係時，要做到：與領導共事不爭高低短長東西南北，和同事相處不作前倨後恭酒肉朋友，夫妻之間不爭對錯是非你大我校要學會原諒，學會容忍，學會放棄，學會忘記。把事業和進取牢記心中，時刻牢記自己是平民百姓的孩子。只有這樣你們才能共同進步。

最後，祝你們共同的生活風和日麗，晴空萬里!祝你們共同的事業蒸蒸日上，百尺竿頭!
