我照着爺爺説的做，將木炭和廢紙放入爐中，用打火機去點，結果，由於我胳膊短，不是燒着了手就是火滅了。正當我愁眉不展時，突然看見爺爺的灶台上放着一瓶酒，眼睛一亮，一個好主意湧上心頭，我撒了一點酒放在廢紙上。呼地一下，燃了!我高興極了，趕緊往爐中加廢紙和木炭，忙得不亦樂乎!

待木炭燒紅了，我夾了一個煤球放進去，等它燒着。我站在一邊想：”啊!原來這麼容易呀!“我不由的得意起來。誰知，“驕兵必敗”在我放第二塊煤球時，由於我的粗心大意，煤球爛了，我只好哭喪着臉，把爛煤球夾出來。又用鉗子夾了一個好煤球，踮着腳，小心翼翼地放進去，這才如釋負重地鬆了一口氣。
