"you＇ll wake up one morning and spring will just be here." andlo, on may 3 that year i awoke to a green so startling as to be almost electric, as if spring were simply a matter of flipping a switch. hills, sky and forest revealed their purples, blues and green. leaves had unfurled, goldfinches had arrived at the feeder and daffodils were fighting their way there was the old apple tree. it sits on an undeveloped lot in my neighborhood. it belongs to no one and therefore to everyone. the tree＇s dark twisted branches sprawl in unpruned abandon. each spring it blossoms so profusely that the air becomes saturated with the aroma of apple. when i drive by with my windows rolled down, it gives me the feeling of moving in another element, like a kid on a water l last year, i thought i was the only one aware of this tree. and then one day, in a fit of spring madness, i set out with pruner and lopper to remove a few errant branches. no sooner had i arrived under its boughs than neighbors opened their windows and stepped onto their porches. these were people i barely knew and seldom spoke to, but it was as if i had come unbidden into their personal mobile-home neighbor was the first to speak."you＇re not cutting it down, are you?" another neighbor winced as i lopped off a branch. 　　英語高分作文殺手鐗—三段四步法

會考英語閲卷老師看寫作主要有三個標準：

1）結構 2）內容要點 3）語言（詞組搭配、句型、句式變化、過渡詞）看結構和內容要點定分數檔，看語言給成績。這是會考英語閲卷的潛規則。

　　三段四步法——會考英語滿分殺手鐗

知己知彼，方能百戰不殆，既然會考閲卷流程和內部標準已經明朗化，相對的策略也就順利成章的形成了。現在和大家分享，筆者教學和閲卷過程中總結創立的寫作滿分祕訣。

1 “三段”（三個段落）——針對的閲卷老師先看文章結構和內容要點，讓閲卷老師不得不給你定位一類文。

中大學聯考情景是作文，無論是那種文體，都可以用三段法來表示。這個方法的起源是來自美國的“大學聯考”SAT考試，（SAT是美國或它國學生想要申請美國大學必須參加的考試，故被叫過美國的大學聯考）。

我們管這樣的文章叫做Hamburger Writing(漢堡寫作)

2 “四步”，有了框架就相當於有了骨骼，而真正的血肉要靠四個步驟來實現。

　　步驟一：審題

審題的訓練對於每個學生都不陌生，我要説的是審題一定要做到五個方面：一審主題（寫什麼），二審體裁（記敍、説明、議論、夾敍夾議），三審時態（時態會考兩個扣一分，三個降一檔），四審人稱（別犯低級錯誤），五審內容要點（一定要在試卷中畫出，免得寫的時候忘記，導致跑題）

　　步驟二：打草稿

會考一定要打草稿，兩大優勢

1會考不準在試卷更改，塗改帶、橡皮、膠條（囧）、小刀（我小時候想都沒想過），而會考時落筆錯誤是難免的，塗改就會後卷面分，打草稿就可以避免這個情況了。

2 正式寫作是對草稿的在梳理，語言的在錘鍊。

　　步驟三：正文寫作

做到兩點，一要凝練，而要變化。文章80—100字為宜，一定要注意使用過渡詞、從句、50個句型和詞組搭配。

　　步驟四：檢查：

很多學生考試都會檢查，但總是不能找到自己的錯誤。原因很簡單，方法不對：

Adaptation Should Not Go Too Far From the Classics

In recent years, many classics, especially the Four Great Classical Novels, have been adapted in improper ways. For examples, in a TV series adapted from Journey to the West, Monkey King ridiculously falls in love with an evil spirit. It has gone too far from the original version in which the upright Monkey shows no mercy to ant evil spirit.

Various reasons account for this phenomenon. Firstly, readers or audiences preference plays a critical role. In this market economy, where there is demand, there is supply. So many playwriters or directors cater for these peoples need. Secondly, some producers want to attract people and make profit.

To curb this phenomenon, I think two measures should be taken. First, its necessary to change the way people treat classics. An adapted version that goes too far from the original one is not merely disrespect to the author, but also misleads the readers or the audiences.
