和平谷是一箇中國人心中的理想社會，居民安居樂業，受到翡翠宮的保護。有劫匪，也有打擊劫匪的俠士。

居民大體分三種，有三種代表：豬，代表富足。鴨子，代表手藝。兔子，普通人。看得出和平谷真的很和平，真的嗎?

烏龜大師有預感，曾經那個為禍鄉里的大龍要回來。

師父馬上讓單管家去關押大龍的喬崗監獄，查看，這一節我們可以從師父驚慌的表情和歇斯底里的言語中略微知道大龍的可怕。

烏龜大師決定選出龍戰士組織這場悲劇的發生，師父知道“彌補錯誤”的機會到了。他派出了自己的五位傑出的弟子：嬌虎、仙鶴、金猴、靈蛇、螳螂參加選舉。

另一頭，我們的主角大熊貓阿寶，正在幫助自己的父親一隻鴨子賣麪條。看過翻譯的都應該知道他被稱為“平先生”，種種跡象表明阿寶是被收養的，不只是看種族。這裏提到他，是因為他是另一個行業的大師，麪條界的大師。火爆的生意，熟練的刀工，和最後那句“只要你相信它特別，它就是特別的。”都無疑正明他就是一位大師。

阿寶在父親的“提醒”下，帶着麪攤去翡翠宮觀看典禮，無疑遲到了。 他想盡各種辦法想進去，卻次次失敗，又一次次想新的辦法，這裏看得出阿寶很執着，這是一個伏筆。

當阿寶乘着自己製作的“火箭飛入廣場時，全場震驚。因為他是“從天踏着祥光而降”，而且落在了即將選出龍戰士的烏龜大師的手指之前 。烏龜大師説：“這可真有意思。”這句話大有深意，下面解釋2。

師父大失所望，決心要趕這個肥胖臭烘烘的神龍大俠走，“五俠”也對這個信任小師弟不看好。出人意料的是阿寶，在重重打擊之下並沒有放棄。

縱然是有烏龜大師開導，但我們依稀可以看見那個在翡翠宮門外來回折騰的肥胖的身影。

阿寶受了傷，螳螂用鍼灸替阿寶療傷，只是阿寶一身肥肉找不到穴位。(又一個伏筆)這時我們聽到嬌虎説起大龍的過去，原來大龍也是師父的弟子，並且是師父最得意的一個弟子，學習功夫最多(千卷功夫書)。但是大龍他迷信太武力，這也就是他心裏的陰暗面。屠殺村民是他的報復，也是他罪過的來源，因為是天才所以免得一死被終身囚禁。

這裏來解釋1：大龍是師父一手培養的，所以他一心想自己解決，自己下不了手，教出五個徒弟來對付大龍。大龍是師父的心病，心中的一塊大石，使得師父的境界無法提高，所以師父只是中原最偉大的“功夫大師”而不是最偉大的大師這兩者之間的區別大着呢。阿寶的出現無疑打破了師父的計劃，熊貓在和平谷人的眼中好像是最無用的。

大龍真的越獄了，從有1000名看守深不見底的喬崗監獄逃了出來。單管家的到來反而解救了大龍，真是又一次的證明了：你越是阻止一件事的發生，這件事就越容易發生。激烈的打鬥場面，不難看出大龍的功夫有多高，人有多麼的聰明。20年了，他終於要回來了，帶着仇恨、對神龍祕籍的`渴望、對手的期待，他要回來了。

烏龜大師第一次露出了驚愕的表情，不過轉瞬即逝。他知道自己的大限已經來臨，對師父説：“你要學會相信。”然後“羽化而登仙”。

我們不得不佩服烏龜大師的智慧，在這一刻他為我們揭起了成功神祕面紗的一角。

師父告訴徒弟們大龍要回來了，第一次照着烏龜大師的吩咐去相信阿寶。兩人激烈的爭吵，阿寶第一次吐露出自己的心聲，師父一籌莫展。

“蓋世五俠”去阻止大龍，師父尋着聲音看見了阿寶所作，他終於明白了烏龜大師所説的：“從來就沒有意外。”這句話的真正含義。

訓練有序的進行着，阿寶為了美食竭盡全力，短時間內相信他已經超出了其他人。當他和師父回到家裏時卻看到了被大龍打得慘敗的“蓋世五俠”師父怕又教出一個“大龍”，所以他們武功都學的不全，根本無法和大龍較量。

神龍祕笈，一切世界的根源，終於要現身了，但是令人驚訝的是上面什麼都沒有。這是怎麼回事?大家都被烏龜大師騙了?

心灰意冷的師父遣散眾人，準備獨自面對大龍。最為失望的恐怕是阿寶，自己是烏龜大師欽點的龍戰士，又學的一身武藝，卻不能阻止大龍。

對自己失望的阿寶回到了父親身邊，平先生告訴阿寶：“根本就沒有什麼祕製調料，只要你相信他是特別的，他就是特別的。”平先生當的起大師的稱號，烏龜大師的智慧可以照亮整個宇宙。他們的觀點不謀而合。

阿寶找回了自己的自信，他要面對自己的敵人來一場巔峯對決。

師父，明白是自己的溺愛造成了大龍現在的一切，過錯已經無法彌補，就讓自己吞下自己種下的惡果。在最後一刻阿寶出現了……(各位家長要警戒，不能對孩子太溺愛。)

經過一番龍爭虎鬥，大龍得到了神龍祕笈，卻發現什麼都沒有。阿寶告訴他其實祕笈就是要相信自己，迷信武力的大龍根本不信，最終死在阿寶手上。

這部影片很好的詮釋了中國功夫的神髓，各個人物個性明顯：烏龜大師的睿智、師父的心事、阿寶的執着、嬌虎的聰明勇敢衝動、仙鶴的厚道、金猴的沉穩、靈蛇的善良、螳螂的熱心、大龍的勇猛和殘暴、平先生的智慧和山管家的膽小。

其中憨態可掬的阿寶帶給我們的笑料可不少。

看了這部影片，我們知道要成功必須建立自己的自信。

這部影片還有不少值得我們警戒的地方，比如，師父對大龍的溺愛導致了悲劇的發生，我們是不是該重視一下子女的教育問題。麻將竟然成了中國的代表，這諷刺意味太濃重了。
