　　投訴信 Letter of Complaint

投訴信通常包括以下幾個方面的內容：説明投訴的原因並表示遺憾;實事求是地闡述問題發生的'經過，切記不要誇大其詞;指出問題引起的後果;提出批評及處理的意見或敦促對方採取措施或者提出所希望的賠償以及補救方式。

　　寫作“三步走”：

説明投訴問題—>描述具體情況—>期待解決方案

　　Tips:

寫投訴信時語氣要冷靜、鄭重、剋制，不必過於禮貌。但也要就事論事，不能進行人身攻擊。同時，在描述問題時儘量採用被動句式，使描述更加客觀合理。

　　Directions:

You bought a digital camera in a store last week, and you have found that there is something wrong with it. Write a letter to the store manager to explain the problem, express your complaints and suggest a solution.

I will appreciate it if my problem receives due attention.
