　　一、沒聽清問題時

複試口語中，沒聽清問題的情況很常見。大家遇到這種情況不用驚慌，可以大方請求面試官將問題重複一遍，例如：

Excuse me， I can’t quite follow you。 Would you please say it again?

Excuse me， could you please repeat what you have just said?

Would you mind repeating your question?

I beg your pardon?

或者你只聽清了問題的一部分，但不確定對不對。這時也可以用反問的形式將問題重複一遍，既確認了問題，也可以方便自己整理思路，為作答留出思考時間，還能給面試官留下謹慎認真的好印象，給自己無形中加分。比如：

Could I understand your question like this…?

I think you were asking me about…Am I right?

　　二、回答問題卡殼時

卡殼也是口試中常見的現象，有時候考官提問的`問題超出了我們準備範圍，讓我們措手不及，需要時間組織思路和語言;還有的時候我們心裏知道答案，但一時想不到該用英語如何表達。

這就需要藉助一些過渡語來幫助我們緩衝時間，一方面平復緊張情緒，贏得思考時間，一方面保證回答的連貫、流利。而且這些“口語化”的語言還非常地道，能夠顯示出你對語言的駕馭能力，給面試老師留下好印象。例如：

It’s something like…It’s a kind of thing to …As you know，…It goes without saying…You know…Well， let me see，…

　　三、口誤或出錯時

既然是口語表達，就難免不會出現口誤。或者是表達出錯，或者是對問題的思考出現偏差，這都沒有什麼，關鍵是發現失誤要及時糾正。一方面要保證作答的正確性，另一方面也考察你的應變能力。這時就需要藉助一些修正語，將自己犯的錯彌補過去，例如：

I mean…That is to say…In other words，…Well， I was saying…To be more exact/accurate，…I’ll put it (in) this way…

其實，口試最大的一個關鍵就是：流利。不僅能表現出你對英語的口頭駕馭能力，更重要的是向考官傳遞出你的自信、臨場不亂。
