　　1、自我介紹Selfintroduction(1分半鐘)

這個部分是可以事先精心準備好的。正常語速一半分鐘朗讀一篇文章，這篇文章大概應該有250單詞左右，建議做一個有特色的自我介紹，然後反覆操練，直至滾瓜爛熟，再進行聲情並茂、有節奏、有韻律的朗讀訓練，一則給自己一個信心，二則給打分的老師留下良好的首聽效應，為之後的良好感覺打下基礎。

　　2、短文朗讀readaloud(1分鐘)

建議採用意羣朗讀法進行大量大聲清晰地操練，即根據英語句子的意思語法組成部分進行停頓，有節奏、有韻律地朗讀，注意連讀、弱讀、升降調等朗讀細節，有氣勢或有情感地朗讀出來。

　　3、簡短回答Question& answer(每題30秒)

這個部分要注意一點，這裏的提問是不會顯示在屏幕上的，要靠自己的耳朵聽出問題，然後馬上開始回答。這裏有3點建議：一是要有針對性;二是要馬上開始説，不能有太多停頓，不然時間馬上到了;三是觀點不需要特別明確，説得比較順即可。表達中的“信、達、雅”，此時能爭取到“達”是為上上之策。

2、對方水平比你好怎麼辦?

不卑不亢，有禮有節。儘量爭取到自己説話的機會和時間，比如，假設對方水平實在太高，你什麼都沒聽懂，可以這樣説“Excuse me,I have a good idea.”搶過話題，自説一通再説。

3、對方水平比你弱怎麼辦?

禮讓三分，相互配合。你水平好，可以先表達一些想法和內容，同時要給對方留些餘地，並引導他或她共同和諧地構成良好交流、溝通的氛圍和感覺，相互配合完成任務。
