媽媽對老師的話

孩子是天使帶來人間的精靈，所以他(她)們帶給每個家庭的先是歡樂;接着是困惑;然後是希望;最後是祝福。他(她)們的人生從呱呱落地到成龍成鳳，都在不斷的成長、學習和拼博。在這個過程除了爸爸、媽媽、爺爺、奶奶，幼兒園老師則成為他(她)們與社會接觸的第一導師。

30個年齡相仿的孩子，來自30個不同的生長環境，有着30種不同的性格表現：有沉默寡言的、有活潑好動的、有吵吵鬧鬧的、有愛哭鼻子的、有不講道理的、有乖巧懂事的、有爭強好勝的、有膽小怕生的。這些性格在一個教室裏不斷的演譯着，考驗着老師們的耐心。媽媽們常説：“孩子一鬧，我一個都搞不定，都不知道怎麼辦，何況是30個，真得很佩服老師們。”沒錯，孩子的天性就是如此，肆無忌憚的表現着他(她)們的情緒，那是一個如此混亂的場面，但老師們卻總是有自己的一套辦法來搞定這一切，在那一刻老師身上光環被無限的放大，“放心，我們會處理好!這只是一個過程”，媽媽們也揣着這份放心離開了孩子。於是一天天、一幕幕重複的上演，直到這一切回到老師和媽媽都期盼的時候，過程有點糾結，但結果卻讓人欣慰。

我一直都感動着以陳老師為首的四位老師的細心、和藹，看到你們細心的為每位小朋友換衣服、蓋被子、完成他(她)們有些還不能完成的事情;看到你們和藹的和每個小朋友聊天，認真的聽小朋友們訴説，帶動着他(她)們的喜悦，分享着他(她)們的感受;面對困難教他(她)們如何面對，做錯事情，教他(她)們如何改正;如何與人相處;如何成為一個乖寶寶，這一切又一切的細節，一天又一天的灌輸，讓他(她)們慢慢變成了做事情有規矩、懂禮貌、會表達、會教爸爸媽媽的小大人。孩子們正在慢慢的進步、慢慢的成長、慢慢的適應着這個社會。

陪伴着幼兒成長，看着一張張稚嫩的小臉，感受着一顆顆純真的心，誰也不知道下一秒又會是誰搗蛋，面對既繁鎖又開心的事情，媽媽們非常理解老師們的辛勤，真希望能為老師們分擔點什麼。

太多太多的感受要表達，字裏行間卻無法表述，最後化作一句：我謹代表小小A班的媽媽們真誠的説上：“老師們，辛苦您們啦!在孩子們的人生起步感謝您們的付出，真心的謝謝您們!”
