您好!首先，我衷心的感謝您能夠在百忙之中抽出時間來瀏覽我的這封求職信，給我這個寶貴的機會。

我叫夏斌，是南京大學電子信息技術及現代管理專業的2003年應屆畢業生，作為一名即將步入社會的有志青年，我向往一份能夠

實現自我才華，實現自我價值的職業;為此我向貴公司坦誠自薦，希望能夠加入貴公司，貢獻出自己的力量，實現我的理想。

根據我個人的實際情況，我此次求職的意向是報關員的職位，我曾在廣東省青遠市的一家單位擔任過報關助理的工作，主要是負責各項

進出口貨物的運輸事宜：安排貨運公司的運保費款及租船定艙等事務。且我在去年9月經過系統的.培訓通過考試並取得了報關員資格證書。

綜合我的個人情況，我認為我有以下的幾點理由可以擔任報關員的工作：

1.瞭解海關、商檢及外匯管理的各項規章制度，熟悉進出口貨物的通關流程，持有報關員資格證書。

2.掌握合同備案、申領手冊、進出口貨物的申報、陪目檢查、税費繳納直至提取裝運貨物各環節的報關操作程序。

3.瞭解海關關於保税、特定減免税及暫時暫準進出口業務的各項規章制度以及各種配額及許可證的申領辦法。

4.可以根據不同業務的性質，快速準確的填制報關單並計算出相應的税費與手續費。

5.計算機操作熟練，能夠完成預錄入報關和EDI電子數。據報關及相應的數據錄入工作，熟練應用各種辦公軟件及數據庫文件。

6.擅於人際交往，能夠與海關及各相關部門保持良好的人際關係，提供通關便利。

7.熟悉長江中下游流域和江蘇境內的內河航運情況，瞭解華東地區的公路運輸情況，熟悉以上地域的運輸事宜;可以協助運輸部門工作，

如：碼頭裝運調度，相應的短駁及倉庫倉儲，控制物流成本。

8.曾長期在外省工作，對工作環境有較強的適應能力;工作的獨立性較強，能夠擔任需經常出差及長期駐外的工作。

綜上所述我認為我完全可以擔任報關員這一職務，希望您能給我這一機會。
