More and more people are getting fatter ,They prefer fast food to healthy food. Eating too much junk food is bad for our health and study . So do you want to know how to keep fitthere are four kinds of ways which can help you to keep fit.

First, drink milk and eat eggs every day. Second, eat more vegetables and more fruit. Third, take more exercise. Forth, sleep well.

My spare time is full of interesting activities. I read all kinds of books in the reading-room whenever I have time. I learn a lot more in the library than in class in this way. Sports and games keep me healthy and strong enough to deal with all difficulties. Among all games, volleyball is my favourite. I often play volleyball with my classmates. Sometimes I go in for social practice with my classmates outside school. For example, we go to plant trees in spring. In this way, I gain a lot of social experience and learn to work for the good of the society.

Out-of-class activities are quite necessary for us students. Through these activities we can learn many things that can t be learned in class.

First,you can eat more fruit and vegetables,and you'd better drink more warn ,you have to do lots of having at least 8 hours'sleep a mber,don't drink coffe or tea before you go to bed,don't eat too much sugar and don't work or study too late,it will make you too tired.

If you care about yourself, it's easy to have a healthy lifestyle.

For the big festival like Chinese New Year, the families will get together and have a big meal. The food like chicken and pork is necessary. It is easy to get fat as eating them for many days. So when people get to work, the first thing they do is to lose weight and keep fit. They often eat more vegetables and less meat, so as to control the fat. Then doing regular exercise is very important. As the saying that the meaning of life lies in moving, exercise helps us to gain strength and keep us full of energy. Some people do the regular exercise and make themselves look young. Their insistence brings them good results.
