20__年__月__日上午，我懷着激動、興奮、又有點不安的心境來到了我的.實習第一站。

護士長熱情的接待了我們，研究到我們是剛來醫院，所以詳細的介紹了科室的環境、產科的常見病、實習方法等，我很感動和感激。不知不覺已在產科實習了近4周，這段時間我工作認真，遵紀守法，尊敬師長，團結同學，嚴格要求自我，做到不遲到、不早退，對待病人和藹可親，態度良好，我漸漸從一個在校學生的主角向實習護士主角過渡，總體上成長了不少。

在產科實習的4周內，我基本上完成了實習任務，有許多收穫。

總結如下：

第一，熟悉了醫院與科室的環境、臨牀護士的工作流程與主要任務、病人的出入院流程與護理等基礎資料。

第二，在教師的指導下，我基本掌握了產科一些常見病的特點和護理，如早產、胎膜早破、妊娠高血壓綜合徵、產後出血、妊娠合併糖尿病等，掌握了產科常用藥硫酸鎂和催產素的使用方法、不良反應及觀察要點。

第三，親身觀察並參與了孕婦分娩期和產褥期的護理，見習並參與了孕婦的助產過程，感受三個產程的特點以及孕婦的生理心理變化，重點學習產後2小時護理資料、產後護理要點等。

第四，實習了入院健康宣教、胎心音聽診、電子胎心監護、摸宮縮、會陰擦洗、會陰濕熱敷、腹部四部觸診、母乳餵養指導等護理操作，見習待產婦的肛門檢查、繪製產程圖、科學接生、分娩鎮痛、陰道切開、陰道助產、新生兒處理及預防接種、新生兒沐浴等。

經過不斷的臨牀觀察和學習，加深了我對書本知識的理解和記憶，比如什麼是宮縮及其特點、怎樣摸宮縮等。同樣我也努力將自我在書本中所學知識用於實際。我明白臨牀工作並不簡單，異常需要善於觀察、靈活和經驗的積累，我剛來實習，所以要從一點一滴做起，努力多觀察、多操作，多積累經驗。

我感覺實習是一種簡單又複雜的生活，既要學會做事也要學會做人。做事即充實理論與操作；做人，處理好自我和同伴、帶教教師、護士長、醫生及病人和家屬的關係，異常是建立良好護患關係是很重要，在產科，比較容易與產婦及家屬建立良好護患關係，經過與他們的溝通，既可幫忙他們解決一些疑問，也可讓自我在工作中獲得滿足感。學會與病人溝通是實習的一個重要資料。

I was once a poor student of English,and it was my biggest headache and trouble-maker.I got sick and tired of learning boring grammar rules and lifeless words.

But through hard work in practicing speaking English and breaking away from the traditional grammar games,I found myself a totally different and e-citing new only did I pass Band four and Band si- College English E-ams very easily with high marks,but importantly,I began to use English.
