（一）口頭通知

口頭通知不説Notice，直接把信息面對面地傳遞給對方，格式如下：

四、日記

（一）日記的格式

英文日記通常由書端和正文兩個部分組成。日記常以第一人稱記下當天生活中的所見、所聞、所做或所想的事情。英語日記的書端是專門寫日記的日期、星期和天氣的。左上角是日期（年、月、日）、星期，寫成September 1，2011或September 1st，2011。右上角寫上當天的天氣情況，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

（二）日記的要求

日記的正文是日記的主要部分，寫在星期和日期的正下方，可以頂格寫，也可以內縮3至5個字母的.空間。由於記載的內容通常已經發生，謂語動詞多用一般過去時。但也可根據具體情況，用其它時態。如：記敍天氣、描寫景色，為了描寫生動，可以使用現在時，以表現當時的情景。再如文後發表感想或評論可用現在時態或將來時態。記日記力求簡單明瞭，有連貫性。若有文字提示，則應重視提示，把握要點。在句式上儘量使用簡單句，以防繁雜，造成語法、句型錯誤。

Today is fine. All our teachers and we students went to plant trees. At

8 in the morning we met outside the school gate. Then we rode our bikes to West Hill. About half past eight, we arrived there. As soon as we got there, some of us dug holes, some put the young trees in the holes, and others carried water and watered the trees. We all worked hard. About 11:30, we left there. Though we were very tired, we felt very happy.

篇三：(免費)國中英語應用文寫作指導

應用文就是指人們在日常生活、工作和學習中經常運用的文體，包括書信、電子郵件、通知、日記等。

一、通 知

通知是傳達信息、佈置工作、召開會議所使用的一種文體。在英語裏有口頭通知和書面通知兩種。

通知一般包括三個要素：①時間；②地點；③活動內容。通知要求簡練、用詞貼切。通知的具體格式如下：

1. 標題：在正文上面正中的地方寫上NOTICE。

2. 正文：説明通知的具體時間、地點、活動內容和注意事項。

3. 單位：發通知的單位一般寫在正文的右下角。

4. 時間：發通知的時間一般寫在正文的左下角。

實例解析

請以下面內容寫一則通知：

學校定於6月23日14點30分在學校操場舉行畢業典禮。請同學們穿好校服，按時參加。 分析指導 寫這個通知時,只要按照提示寫清時間、地點和主要的事就可以了。 參考範文

二、便條

便條多用於同事或朋友之間臨時通知或詢問某事，包括留言條、請假條等。便條格式近似於書信，一般由稱呼、正文、署名、日期等組成。

寫便條應注意以下幾個方面：

1. 日期：要寫在右上角，便條的日期要寫出月、日。

2. 稱呼：稱呼應寫在第二行，要左起頂格寫。便條的稱呼較為隨便，如：Dear Mom, Liu Jun等。

3. 正文：正文應另起一行寫。用詞要簡明扼要。

4. 署名：署名要寫在右下角，一般只寫留條人的姓名。
