各位代表、各位來賓，同志們：

在中國廣州xx-xx亞洲殘疾人運動會開幕式之際，我立足於廣州，面向亞洲，遙望紅、綠、藍三原色拼出運動的人形會徽，在此令人歡欣的美好時刻，我們向與會代表、生活、工作、奮鬥在亞洲各條戰線上的會員和所有亞運會工作者，表示親切的問候，向出席本次大會的全體代表表示熱烈的祝賀，向光臨大會指導的國家領導及各方來賓表示熱忱的歡迎和誠摯的感謝!

來自亞洲45個國家和地區的`3000多名運動員前來廣州參賽。此外，還有2000多名隨隊官員、1100多名左右技術官員、2000多名記者和媒體人員、30000多名志願者和300多名殘奧大家庭貴賓參與此次盛會。因此我們要在亞殘運會期間歡聚，分享，共贏，運動員及隨隊官員集中住在亞運城內的亞運村，技術代表、技術官員、分級師、興奮劑檢測官員和裁判員集中居住在技術官員村，記者和媒體人員集中住在亞運城的媒體村，殘奧大家庭則住在大家庭酒店參與此次盛會。我們一定要深刻領會亞洲殘疾人運動會的精神，從實際工作出發，明確目標，謹記弘揚奧林匹克和人道主義精神，彰顯以人為本的人文理念，促進亞洲殘疾人體育運動發展、交流與合作，倡導扶殘助殘的社會風尚，推動社會的和諧、進步與文明的宗旨，為亞洲體育運動事務發展與經濟繁榮作貢獻。

同志們，亞洲殘疾人運動會的輝煌，是偉大的歷史使命，是需要我們為之奮鬥才能實現新突破的艱鉅目標!在這七天的會程裏，我們要真實地反映亞洲殘疾人的團結拼搏精神，時代前進的要求和歷史發展的新趨勢，我們國家領導人已對本屆亞洲殘疾人運動會作出指導方針，堅持高效、文明、節儉、廉潔辦會，堅持節儉辦會，做到兩個運動會資源共享、場館共用，特殊需求因地制宜。遵守《亞洲殘疾人奧林匹克委員會手冊》和《承辦合同》，與亞洲殘疾人奧林匹克委員會、亞洲各國(地區)殘疾人奧委會及國際殘疾人體育組織密切合作。按照國家舉辦、全省支持、廣州承辦的方式，以政府為主導，專業隊伍和社會公眾廣泛參與相結合。亞運會、亞殘運會同步。以科學發展觀統領工作全過程，堅持以人為本，突顯廣州特色，創新、務實工作。在這樣條件下我們和亞洲殘疾人運動會成員國一起高度關注，為亞洲殘疾人運動會運動員施展才華，提供優質的舞台和更好的條件服務。在這樣的舞台和條件下，我們要實事求是地積極迎接挑戰，滿懷信心地展望未來，“讓世界充滿愛”。

女士們、先生們，我們這屆亞洲殘疾人運動會一定要賽出新高，明確目標，鼓足幹勁，把亞洲殘疾人運動會辦成團結、鼓勁、繁榮，給亞洲殘疾人運動會史冊上添上具有重大意義的昌盛運動會。
