英語建議信格式

一般説來，、建議信多屬於半開放性作文，大多要求考生根據所給的材料(多為徵求建議

信)，給出有針對性的解決辦法，或者提出合理化建議。

建議信的寫作思路：首先閲讀所給材料，或是漢語説明，或者是英文材料，找出問題所

在，即對方出了什麼樣的問題，需要哪方面的建議，然後根據分析給出合理化建議。建議信寫作的基本步驟： 、

a.認真審題，提煉要點。在寫作之前，大家一定要看清徵詢建議者在哪方面有困惑，想獲得哪方面的幫助，爭取讓自己的建議、看法“對症下藥，而不是“庸醫亂開方”。

b.巧列提綱，夏列要點。先提什麼建議，後講哪些內容，要先列個提綱，或打個腹稿，做到詳略得當，重點突出，井然有序。

c.翻譯要點，形成骨架。要點明確後，大家可嘗試着將文章中涉及到的建議要點變成英語句子，這是全文的骨架。在此基礎上，可增加合理想象和適當擴充。

d.巧妙串聯，渾然成篇。將上述要點連接起來，再增加適當的情節和一些過渡詞加以串聯，形成一篇完整的英語建議信。

e.規範書寫，落筆成文。如果説上述四個步驟是寫作基礎的話，規範書寫則是落筆成文的.關鍵。好多同學構思不錯，英語表達能力尚可，可就是因為書寫潦草，或亂塗亂改，讓人看不出個所以然而使文章黯然失色。

建議信寫作的注意事項：

a.這類文章一定要符合英語信件的基本格式。

b.這類文章的基本時態多用一般現在時和一般將來時。 ’
