對於過去，再有能耐的人也只能做個觀眾;對於未來，卻人人都可以當個導演。

你告訴我，你的問題是面子過不去。那真是不容易過的門檻。就像現實世界裏一再的否定你，你的心一定是不愉悦的，身心一定是緊吧的。我説，連親愛的我都不曉得所謂的你的成績，別人會在意你嗎?我喜歡那句話，路遙知馬力，日久見人心。即使無法平反昭雪，我們一直都是我們，內在有什麼變化?當聽到否定的聲音，我們的內心是何等難過和消沉埃所以我們總在做肯定別人的工作，我們知道鼓勵的偉大意義，儘管我們時時備受打壓。

眾生都是苦的。我們都是勇於承擔責任的人，有此種勇氣，就要再增加一些耐磨抗壓的境界，苦中作樂的境界，做一個強大的自己，不是為別人，只是為了我們自己。內心的修行，有着十萬八千里的路程，知道再多的道理，無法執行，也仍是萬里修行未起步的階段。

不容易想開，就放下吧;不能原諒的事，就忘記吧。害怕的事，就不要想太多的面對吧。低姿態入世，沒有什麼怕失去的，就簡單了。

千萬不要自憐自艾，還不如做個孩子。
