(2)利用章節標題和説明。查讀之後首先看文章標題或章節標題，確定文章是否包含自己所需要的資料，或者哪一部分包含哪些資料。這樣就可以直接翻到那個部分進行尋找。

(3)抓提示詞。讀者找到所包含信息的章節，準備查讀。這就要留心與那個具體信息有關的提示詞。找到提示詞之後，就可以採用一般速度獲得所需要的信息。
