1．投訴信（抱怨信）(Letter of Complaint)

(1) 寫作方法

① 首段：注意客觀禮貌

a.自我介紹；

b.引出投訴內容

c.表明目的要求。

② 主體：展開説明投訴原因、具體理由或後果，注意內容充實，符合交際習慣。

a.詳細説明情況，中肯提出問題；

b.提出改進建議，表明希望如何解決；

c.拓展題目內容，尤其要強調如果問題不解決所帶來的後果。

③ 尾段：提出解決方案，不用展開，注意公平公正、禮貌原則。

a.表達強烈願望，希望上述問題得到迅速恰當的解決；

b.有時可就問題的解決限定時間；

c.對有關人員的.努力表示感謝；

d.希望儘快得到滿意答覆。

(2) 寫作流程圖

　　第一部分：提出抱怨並表示遺憾

套語：

(1) 很抱歉打擾您，但我必須鄭重提出投訴。

I am sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a serious complaint.

(2) 我很遺憾地告訴你投訴有關…….的事由。

I am sorry to tell you that there should be cause to complain about …

(3) 我真的很討厭抱怨，但最近有一件事情確實令人煩心。

I really hate to complain, but one thing is really disturbing now.

第二部分：闡述問題發生的經過

套語：無

第三部分：指出問題引起的後果

套語：

(1) 噪音影響我的睡眠，使得我在上班時間無法集中精力。結果這些天我已經搞錯了好幾次

The noise disturbs my sleep so that I can’t concentrate on my work during the work time, and as a result, I

have made several mistakes these days.

(2) 在這樣（嘈雜）環境下我無法進行研究，我需要一間安靜的房間。

For me this environment is very difficult to make studies and I need a quiet room.

第四部分：提出批評及處理的意見或敦促對方採取措施

套語：

(1) 我認為是你認識到……的時候了。

I think it’s high time that you realized ….

(2) 我們深知你們並不經常出錯，但我們希望能確保這類差錯不再發生。

We know that you are not generally careless, but we should like your assurance that this will not happen again.

(3) 我必須正告貴方，除非對目前狀況採取措施，否則我將被迫訴諸法律。

I must warn you that unless you do something about the situation, I will be forced to take legal action.

(4) 坦率地所，我不再準備忍受這種狀況。

Frankly, I am not prepared to put up with the situation any more.

(5) 如果您能儘快調查此事，我將不勝感激。期待您儘快回覆。

I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply.
