賓補與定語從句的區別

定語從句：是修飾名詞或代詞的句子.(放在名詞或代詞的後面）

如：Tom is a boy who likes singing.

There is something that I like best.

賓語補足語：相當於漢語的兼語式.

如：We made him (our manager).

We must try our best to make our country (rich and strong).

I saw him( playing) on the playground just now.

We left the door (open).

定語從句只是起限定或特指作用,也就是説沒有它,句子意思然是完整的；

而賓補則一般着重於説明賓語的特徵,故少了賓補,句子意思就不明確。

舉例説明吧：

person who you talked about is my English teather.

這裏 主語The person

謂語 is

賓語my English teather

who you talked about 是定語 先行詞是 the person 來説明説的'對象。

parents named their baby Tony.

主語是 The parents 謂語是named

賓語是their baby 賓語補足語 tony

上句的who you talked about 可以從句中拿掉而不影響原句的意思，

但下句中的Tony是their baby的賓補，若拿掉原句就不完整了。
