不聽班長的話

一名11歲的小姑娘，被以班長為首的三個同學幾次施以拔頭髮的“懲戒”，滿頭烏髮差點被拔光，致使小姑娘有些地方的頭髮已無法長出，經河北省法醫門診鑑定為九級傷殘。而小姑娘被拔頭髮的原因，居然只是因為她“沒聽班長的話”。

律師認為，施害學生家長應當承擔11歲女孩受到傷害產生的民事責任;青少年問題專家表示，學生的人格教育應該引起學校和家長足夠的重視。

如果你是班長，你就沒有熱和特殊的權利，你的權利是以身作則、率先垂範。有了這一點，這個班長你才能當得舒心，當得有威信，才能真正找到自己的價值。

至於表現不好的同學，應該放下架子，好好談談，哪怕有些和解，都是好事
