Our topic today is “come or go”. First, let’s fill in the blank.

Well, if Mike is at school, he would say “How do you come to school?” And if Mike is at home, he would say “ How do you go to school?

Now look at this picture, can you make some sentences with “come and go”?

Now let me try first.

I come to school by bike. Yes!

How do you come to the bookstore? Oh, no way! Mike would say “How do you come to school?” or “How do you go to the bookstore?”

Let’s go to the bookstore after school. Good!

I want to go to school. No way! Because Mike is at school.

How can I go to the museum?Is Mike at the museum? No, because he says “how can I go to the museum”.

Now level up! I have 4 sentences here. And only 1 of these is not true. Which one is not true? Now let’s look at the first sentence. Mum, let’s go to the e is Cici? She is not in the bookstore. NO. 2: Mum, I want to go to the post e is Cici? She is not in the post office. NO.3: Come and read with me in the e is Cici? She is in the bookstore. NO.4:Hi, how do you come to the bookstore?Where is Cici? She is in the bookstore. So you see NO.3 and NO.4 are the same. So they must be true. So NO. 1 is not true.

One more challenge for you. NO.1: Cici, let’s go to the supermarket. Where isCoco? She is not in the supermarket. NO.2:How do you come to school, Mrs Green? Where isCoco? She is at school. NO. 3:Hi, Amy. Come to my home! Let’s play! Where isCoco? She is at home.

NO.4: I usually go to school on foot. Where isCoco? She is not at school. So you see, if NO. 2 is true, NO. 3 is not true. And No. 4 is not true. So actually No. 2 is not true.
