Dog or Two? 一條狗還是兩條狗?

One day a dog has a nice piece of meat for his dinner. 一天，一條狗有一塊美味的肉當它的晚餐。

He goes home happily with the meat in his mouth. 它開心的叼着肉回家了。

On his way home, there is a stream. 在回家的路上，有一條小溪。

The water is still and clear. He stops to take a look at it. 溪水寂靜而清澈。它停下來看了看。

What does he see? There is a dog as big as himself and he has some meat in his mouth, too.他看到了什麼?溪裏也有一隻嘴裏叼着肉和他一樣大小的狗。

72.A Funny Man 一個有趣的人

Mr Green has a holiday, so he says, "I'm going to the mountains by train." 格林先生有一個假期，因此他説，”我要坐火車去山上。

“ He puts on his best clothes, takes a small bag, goes to the station and gets into the train. 他穿上他最好的衣服，帶了一個小包，去了火車站上了火車。

Dawsons' House 道森家的房子

American Girl 一個美國女孩

Mary is an American schoolgirl. She is now in Beijing with her parents. 瑪麗是一個美國女生。她現在和她的父母在北京。

Mary doesn't know Chinese, but she is studying Chinese. 瑪麗不瞭解中國，但她正在學漢語。

She often speaks Chinese to her Chinese friends. 她經常和她的中國朋友説漢語。

Sometimes they don't understand her because she can't speak Chinese well. 有時他們不懂她説的，因為她説漢語説的不好。

It's Sunday morning. She goes out. She is walking in the street. 這是星期天的上午，她出去了。她正在街上走。
