每個環節的遊戲、活動和笑話，把我們注意力緊緊集中在培訓師的課程上。每一個同事都開放、自由地討論。以溝通價值為例，學員積極討論每個人的價值觀不同，以至溝通方式也有不同。在正面語言的討論中，我們都在討論如何用積極的語言來演講，以及如何在日常工作中演講。

這是HR組織的一次非常好的培訓。我們學習瞭如何溝通和演示的技巧，並在日常生活中使用這個非常有用的技能，提高溝通效率，為喜高創造更大的價值。

The Training of Communication & Presentation Skills

How to deal with difficult questions

In each session, there were some games,activities, jokes which engaged all the participants, and all participants discussed openly and freely every practice sessions. Take “Communicate to their value” as an example, the participants actively discussed different values and the value engagement amongst themselves. In the discussion of “Positive language”, everyone learned what positive language was and how to apply this technique in the daily work.

This is an extremely well organized learned the skills of how to communicate and make presentation professionally. We will apply these very useful skills in our daily life to improve our communication effectiveness and presentation quality.
