Introduce and promote Separation Equipment to M&M market

Develop and maintain relation with stake holders of M&M projects, e.g. End User, Contractors, Design Institutes, Distributors and Agents.

Create opportunities and get orders by selling SE equipment.

Support Proposal Team to work out technical proposals.

Major Duties

Collect and share M&M market information.

Understand our market position and know our competitors, their strengths and weaknesses.

Create opportunities and follow them till the order is placed.

Work out strategies to win orders and to increase our market share.

Develop and maintain relation with stake holders and build a sales network of agents and distributors.

Put sales relevant information into CRM and keep them up to date.

Meet Sales Goals, such as OI, units sold, increase of market share.

Assure clear technical specification in contracts.

Competence

任職資格

Bachelor degree or higher with major with industrial process and/or mechanical background.

學士或以上學位,主修工業工藝或機械類背景的專業

More than five years of experience in Sales in the M&M industry for separation solutions.

5年以上礦業分離解決方案的銷售經驗

Good skills with Microsoft office.

Fluent in English, very good reading, writing, speaking and understanding.
